We are for Vaccine Freedom with our fundamental freedoms and rights to chose what vaccines, how many, spacing them out over time, when a child is older, medical or being exempt. Also many bad things in the vaccine ingredients, many side effects and warnings someone may not want injected into their or child’s body.
Below I am pasting in the text for the vaccination portion of the Michigan Health Code of 1978. In it is the Exemption Statute (333.9215). Read its wording very carefully. It says a child is exempt from "this part" if the parent or guardian provides a written notice to the school of program that the exemption is being claimed. The statute has never said that signing an Health Department waiver is required. That portion is found under the vaccinating rules portion which the Exemption Statute exempts you from when claimed. Too many parents do not know about 333.9215 and what is specifically says. They can tell you they will now refuse the MOMs waiver form, but 333.9215 clearly states that "a written statement of Exempting" is required, and that's ALL that is necessary to comply with this portion of the law and the schools must abide by the constitution and the law. The Parents direct the care, nuture, and education of their children, not the school.

Public Act 451 of 1976 The Revised School Code (Excerpt) section 380.10: The Rights of the Parents and Legal Guardians; Duties of the Public Schools. It is the natural, fundamental right of parents and legal guardians to determine and direct the care, teaching, and education of their children. The public schools of this state serve the needs of the pupils by cooperating with the pupil's parents and legal guardians to develop the pupil's intellectual capabilities and vocational skills in a safe and positive environment.
Public Health Code (excerpt) Act 368 of 1978 333.9215 Exemptions. Sec. 9215. (1) A child is exempt from the requirements of this part as to a specific immunization for any period of time as to which a physician certifies that a specific immunization is or may be detrimental to the child's health or is not appropriate. (2) A child is exempt from this part if a parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis of the child presents a written statement to the administrator of the child's school or operator of the group program to the effect that the requirements of this part cannot be met because of religious convictions or other objection to immunization.

The free exercise of religion is an inherent, fundamental, and unalienable right secured by article 1 of the state constitution of 1963 and the first amendment to the United States constitution.
All parents have a 14th Amendment due process Constitutional right to parent their children, and this right includes the right to make medical decisions. In Troxel v. Granville, 530 U.S. 57 (2000), the U.S. Supreme Court states: The Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause has a substantive component that “provides heightened protection against government interference with certain fundamental rights and liberty interests,” Washington v. Glucksberg, 521 U.S. 702, 720, including parents’ fundamental right to make decisions concerning the care, custody, and control of their children, see, e. g., Stanley v. Illinois, 405 U.S. 645, 651. Pp. 63-66.
